I suppose even having done a few challenges, I am certainly not immune to the ups and downs of it! You are right...the 1/3rd mark is the little bump in the road! Thanks for putting into perspective.bikramyogachickhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04685444498620345130noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-39857386670136881.post-63092736045203912652009-11-18T10:30:54.813-08:002009-11-18T10:30:54.813-08:00The first sticking point seems to come about 1/3 o...The first sticking point seems to come about 1/3 of the way through. If you were doing 60 days this time, you would have hit this point at about day 20. For a thirty day challenge, day 9 seems just about right. And don't ask me why it works this way, but that's what I read over and over, and its what happened to me.Duffy Pratthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05160837024667969180noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-39857386670136881.post-39974381777142288412009-11-18T10:10:32.604-08:002009-11-18T10:10:32.604-08:00That's why I love blogging! I was horrible at first too, couldn't even get my foot in my hand for standing head to knee and was exhasuted by standing bow. You will get better and better and it will change your life! So glad you found it. And thank you!
Tracik~ you put it perfectly. That is exactly how I felt. It's nice to know I'm not the only one that has those thoughts/days.bikramyogachickhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04685444498620345130noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-39857386670136881.post-64865839091323791112009-11-18T05:36:12.296-08:002009-11-18T05:36:12.296-08:00Ah yes...We have all been there. We don't want to change into yoga clothes, don't want to be social with our awesome studio friends, don't want to sweat. We just want to go home. But we don't. We push on. And after we feel so much the better for having practiced. Hoping today is a better yoga day for you!tracikhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02846728343049791292noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-39857386670136881.post-63976840199059008652009-11-18T02:14:46.445-08:002009-11-18T02:14:46.445-08:00Hi! I stumbled across your blog looking for bikram advice (had my first class and was horrible but bikram is so amazing).

Just wanted to say that if you can do 60 and 100 day challenges that is extraordinary! You are my new Bikram idol! hahaAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-39857386670136881.post-45229846164158428532009-11-17T21:42:04.933-08:002009-11-17T21:42:04.933-08:00Sounds like the opposite of my day. The days when you "slog" through are the most impressive, as far as I'm concerned. When i have days like this, I just remind myself why I do this yoga. Everyone has their own reasons, and that's always more important than some temporary doldrums.Big Ghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02050835925083090410noreply@blogger.com
